  • ACCA-CPA Affiliates: Each of our accountants is affiliated with a Chartered Accountant professional body from the UK (ACCA). They must adhere to a strict code of conduct concerning client data management, and any violation could result in losing their affiliation.

  • Two-Way Non-Disclosure Contract: You’ll be entering into a contract with a Canadian company that includes strict non-disclosure terms. Data protection is enforced with some of the toughest SLAs and strict employee covenants backed by the ACCA.

  • Professional Data Security Insurance: We are insured for Data Protection in Canada.

  • Multi-Layer Bank-Grade Security Portals and Systems: Our servers are secured with software protections that prevent local transfers, downloads, or backup creation.

  • Remote Desktop Access Option: We can log in to your systems to work, ensuring that no files leave the office and no data is exchanged outside your environment. It’s like having us virtually in your office, working directly on your systems.

All our accountants are ACCA-qualified and have up to 10 years of accounting experience, including up to 5 years working with Canadian accounting firms. Their areas of expertise include:

Your virtual accountant works from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, providing you with a live working/engagement experience. We fully customize the experience to meet your needs. Whether you use a management portal, remote desktop access at your office, or prefer communication via software like Skype, Slack, and Teams, or management tools like Jetpack and WorkflowMax, you can manage the entire process according to your preference—even through email.

Timesheets are used to clock hours, either through www.tsheets.com or a management portal, giving you detailed reports of hours spent on each client. This allows you to precisely gauge the time and money being allocated to each job. We set high standards for productivity and offer flexibility in adjusting hours if you feel too much time has been spent on a task.

We offer a fixed fee for one year, but the contract is month-to-month, allowing you to opt-out with 30 days’ notice in the first year and 60 days’ notice in the second year.

Prices are reviewed annually in line with the experience level outlined in the fee schedules we’ll provide before beginning our collaboration. If you need to switch between part-time, full-time, and ad hoc working models, you can do so within up to 10 days with a simple phone call or email to the service area manager.
