Client Schedules a Consultation

Through our website, you can select three convenient time slots (date and time) for a 30-minute phone consultation.

During this call, our top management will guide you in selecting the most suitable service plan (ad hoc, part-time, or full-time) and the appropriate experience level of accountants based on your specific needs.

STEP 2

Introductory Call from Our Offshore Team

Our offshore team, including the Practice Manager and Client Manager, will assist you in signing up for a service plan. During this call, we’ll discuss the next steps, tasks offered during the trial period, and your preferred software and standard operating procedures.

Once you’ve signed up, our accountants will work live in Eastern Standard Time, mirroring the style and workflow of an in-house accountant.

STEP 3

Clients Share Data with Virtual Accountants

Clients can share data with virtual accountants through various channels:

Support Software

Clients can upload scanned or PDF copies of files to cloud platforms like Dropbox, Google Drive, or OneDrive, allowing virtual accountants access without needing to download anything.

Remote Desktop Application Access

Virtual accountants can remotely log in to a desktop at the client’s office or a third-party server provider. This setup allows them to work without any data being transferred.

Our Portal

Our accountancy Solution has developed a secure portal that enables clients to directly exchange files with their virtual accountants.

Cloud Data Management Software

With tools like Hubdoc, Receipt Bank, or Expensify, accountants can receive documents from clients via the cloud and gain automated access to bank statements through online banking. Clients can grant access to virtual accountants using either an Our accountancy email or their own email server.

STEP 4

Accounting Software Access for Virtual Accountants

Cloud Accounting Software

Virtual accountants can access cloud-based accounting software via a simple login setup.

Desktop Accounting Software

Backup files of desktop accounting software can be shared between the client and virtual accountants through “The Our accountancy Portal” or “Support Software.” Alternatively, the software can be accessed directly via a “Remote Desktop Application” at the client’s office, enabling on-premises bookkeeping.

a. Communication and Query Handling Begin

Communication is facilitated through various channels:

Clients can engage with virtual accountants in real-time using tools like Skype, Slack, Teams, Asana, and WorkflowMax. Communication can also be managed via email if preferred, with queries tracked in the accounting software.

Our Portal

Our Portal provides live communication between the client and virtual accountant through the web portal and/or mobile application.
